Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Go On Travel Liverpool (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a booking form and confirming acceptance, you agree to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

  1. “Go On Travel” – Go On Travel Liverpool, the booking operator.
  2. “Booking Form” – the online form used to request and submit a pre-booked journey.
  3. “Booking” – a journey requested via the Booking Form and accepted by us.
  4. “Acceptance” – confirmation of these Terms by ticking the required checkbox on the Booking Form.
  5. “Fare” – the price quoted and accepted for the journey.
  6. “Trip” – the journey from the agreed pick-up location to the agreed drop-off location(s).
  7. “Supplier” – a licensed partner operator used where required to fulfil a booking.

2. GENERAL

  1. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking.
  2. Submission of the Booking Form with Acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
  3. Any variation to these Terms must be agreed by us in writing.

3. USE OF WEBSITE & BOOKING FORM

  1. You are responsible for ensuring all information entered on the Booking Form is accurate.
  2. Errors in dates, times, addresses, passenger numbers or contact details are your responsibility.
  3. Bookings may be refused or cancelled where details are misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.

4. BOOKINGS

  1. All services are provided on a pre-booked basis only.
  2. Changes requested after submission may affect availability and Fare.
  3. An equivalent vehicle or licensed Supplier may be used to fulfil a booking.

5. PAYMENT

  1. Payment methods include card, bank transfer or cash where agreed.
  2. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking, tolls, congestion charges or cleaning.

6. INSURANCE

  1. All vehicles and drivers are licensed and insured as required by law.
  2. Personal property is carried at your own risk.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  1. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are fully chargeable.
  2. Failure to be present at the agreed pick-up location (“no-show”) will result in 100% of the Fare being charged.

8. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

  1. Journey times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  2. Our total liability is limited to £500 except where prohibited by law.

9. BEHAVIOUR

  1. Drivers may refuse or terminate a journey where behaviour risks safety or causes damage.

10. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

  1. We do not accept liability for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  2. High-value items are carried entirely at your own risk.

11. DISPUTES

  1. Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours by emailing info@goontravel.co.uk or calling +44 7359 576452.

12. PRIVACY

  1. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  2. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of the latest version.
