Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Go On Travel Liverpool (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a booking form and confirming acceptance, you agree to these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Go On Travel” – Go On Travel Liverpool, the booking operator.
- “Booking Form” – the online form used to request and submit a pre-booked journey.
- “Booking” – a journey requested via the Booking Form and accepted by us.
- “Acceptance” – confirmation of these Terms by ticking the required checkbox on the Booking Form.
- “Fare” – the price quoted and accepted for the journey.
- “Trip” – the journey from the agreed pick-up location to the agreed drop-off location(s).
- “Supplier” – a licensed partner operator used where required to fulfil a booking.
2. GENERAL
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking.
- Submission of the Booking Form with Acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
- Any variation to these Terms must be agreed by us in writing.
3. USE OF WEBSITE & BOOKING FORM
- You are responsible for ensuring all information entered on the Booking Form is accurate.
- Errors in dates, times, addresses, passenger numbers or contact details are your responsibility.
- Bookings may be refused or cancelled where details are misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.
4. BOOKINGS
- All services are provided on a pre-booked basis only.
- Changes requested after submission may affect availability and Fare.
- An equivalent vehicle or licensed Supplier may be used to fulfil a booking.
5. PAYMENT
- Payment methods include card, bank transfer or cash where agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking, tolls, congestion charges or cleaning.
6. INSURANCE
- All vehicles and drivers are licensed and insured as required by law.
- Personal property is carried at your own risk.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are fully chargeable.
- Failure to be present at the agreed pick-up location (“no-show”) will result in 100% of the Fare being charged.
8. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
- Journey times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Our total liability is limited to £500 except where prohibited by law.
9. BEHAVIOUR
- Drivers may refuse or terminate a journey where behaviour risks safety or causes damage.
10. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
- We do not accept liability for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
- High-value items are carried entirely at your own risk.
11. DISPUTES
- Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours by emailing info@goontravel.co.uk or calling +44 7359 576452.
12. PRIVACY
- Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of the latest version.
